The Hunter 'Midi VPU' is proving to be a popular design, with another one coming off the production lines today.

Leaving the yard this morning and heading to a rewilding estate in Lincolnshire, is this ‘Midi VPU’ from our Hunter Butchery range.

Coming in at 4mtr x 2.3mtr, it includes a separate Prep room and Chiller, with an enclosed 1.5mtr external canopy further increasing the work-space available.

As with all our modular buildings, it has been fully commissioned in our factory and will provide the estate with a modern facility in which to process their own venison.

Designed by our in-house team it includes :
🔹Prep room
🔹Two chillers
🔹Butchery room
🔹Multiple access points
🔹A full Tonon Srl rail system

With a number of highly bespoke additional features, including a huge 5.8mtr x 3.4mtr undercover area, it will create the ideal working environment to suit our client’s requirements.

The design has already sparked interest amongst other high-throughput operations and the manufacture of an identical facility for a large estate in West Sussex has already begun.

Joining us in our East Yorkshire factory today is another of our trusted sub-contractors.
Greg, from Kingston Refrigeration, is on Bay 3 where he is fitting a split system evaporator and compressor in a large capacity Chiller.

Over on Bay 1, which is dedicated solely to the production of our Hunter range, we also have SJS Flooring. laying Altro vinyl flooring in a couple of units.
