Need some custom steel sprockets for your Yamaha engined Lambretta? Look no further. The customer is taking these for heat treatment and getting the drive sprockets splines wire eroded.

Just to add, it has been pointed out to me that there is what looks like a crack at 9 o’clock in the top rear sprocket. This is infact a bit of grey plastic swarf from the sheet I had the sprocket clamped on to mill the outside profile. The sprocket has now been full inspected and there are no cracks in the material at all.
