Wet belts has been one of our biggest recent incomes of work over the past 3-4 years, we love a good wetbelt sun rain or snow 😅, mobile or you come to us, this custom came in for a wetbelt, service and a new turbo 70k on clock, it's fair to say that the oil pick up must of been saving them pieces of rubber for a midnight feast 🤭😒😅, and the belt well she was due a few new teeth must of been a rough old night on the town 😅, luckily this customer's engine didn't decide to give up and explode its self, she wasn't far off though 😬, all cleaned up, new belt, new oil pump belt, new tensioner, new cam cover, new crank seal,new crank pulley bolt and turbo and service, feel free to message the page or WhatsApp fir a free quote

This old girl CAT D6 was in need of some much loved tlc, after a good old day having a spa day, she was back up and running with her right side back to her best she was floating after getting a new chain, 4 new pads, 8 rollers, 2 new idlers, 1 new guide wheel, 4 new chain guides and a new drive sprocket

You might not of noticed but we also work on cars 🚘🧑‍🔧, this customers car looked like james bond had deployed his smoke screen trying to get away from obbjob 🎩😬, but unfortunately it turned into a job for JimmyD's, after further inspection oil was passing through the turbo, a few hours later with a new turbo fitted intercooler and intercooler pipes cleaned out this Mr bond was back off on his way to pick miss money penny up 🫡, ps these oil return feeds are an absolute nightmare to get to 😒😅

👨‍🏭 At jimmyD's we also do structual hot gluing 🫢😅, we love a good structual project, we fabricate all our own plates ect all on site and also include an instalation service aswell 💪, we all know how much of a pain them structual engineers can be when all they do is look in a book and make our life's difficult 🥰🤣

🦷Here at Jimmy D's we also do repairs on excavator buckets, this guy clearly had a sweet tooth, no more sweeties for this guy 😢, after a trip to the chair he's back smiling his little head off with his new perla, we gave him a gold star sticker at the end don't worry ⭐️😅

Volvo A25F, after the removal of the hub we found some out of place pieces just having a gathering in the bottom of this hub 👋😅, luckily we was just able to change out the bearing, clean the planetry gears of any material that was left of the bearing 😬, dropped the diff oil, flushed everything out, and all back together good as new, client was pleased as the truck was only out of action for a few hours 😊🧑‍🔧
