Without further ado we would like to introduce to you Jack Graham, one of our crane operatives here at Emerson's.

Jack has been with us for 4 years now and we managed to pin him down for a chat and a drive in the LTM1060 🏗️

We were driving to a site just around the corner to unload the LTM1450's luffer, and talked about many different topics.

A formal apology in the form of hi vis vests may not give you the time back that you spent in traffic.. But as we had a part to play in the project, we wanted to give a little something back.

As a local business our staff also bore the brunt.. so we completely understand the inconvenience the delays caused.

And finally, if we can't take the mick out of ourselves then we aren't the team we thought we were 😂

Back to it after a lovely bank holiday weekend ☀️

We work with height daily, but seeing a project from a birds eye view really puts everything into perspective 🦅

A few years ago our LTM1110 5.2 was aiding in the installation of two new sewage treatment work tanks in Kingston Bagpuize. These tanks are now fully up and running just as they were designed to be ✅

Each crane sent to a project is specifically chosen to match the needs of the job at hand. The 110t was perfect for this contract lift due to the weights and distances of the final positioning for each part of the sewage tanks.

Three weeks of lifting, manoeuvring, and securing safely into place means years worth of controlled sewage treatment 💦

Our LTR1100 crawler was perfect for this project due to a few technical factors compared to a conventional LTM crane. The LTR1100 crawler crane is also best suited for jobs of this calibre as it also involved lifting and moving the replacement bumper into place 🚢

The crawler needed to be positioned onto a barge to carry out the works as the bumper is located on the side of the dock. Due to the barge being build in numerous parts, the crawlers weight is more evenly distributed thanks to its tracking system. A normal mobile crane would require additional space and a solid foundation to extend its outriggers for stability to complete the lift 🏗️

Machinery was on the cards for this LTM1060 lift.

A local project at Walthamstow Stadium in East London required our help in manoeuvring a scissor lift onto the premises in order for glass to be installed inside ✂️

We can aid in lifting almost anything into any location with our wide range of cranes. The 60t here was able to position itself within a tight space, with the appropriate reach to place this scissor lift into the correct spot within the grounds 🏗️

We chose the LTM1060 for this specific project as it's size and compact build made it ideal for the environment we had to work in.

It's superpower is that it is ready to go once on site, as it doesn't require any additional transport as it carries its own ballast. It comes ready to lift! For a machine lift of this size, the 60 fit the bill perfectly ✅
