Thompsons Tippers

Over a year on and still going strong 💪

The team at County Tree Surgeons Ltd sent us this shot of their Thompsons tipper in action, and we couldn’t resist sharing it. It’s always great to hear a customer is still loving their truck long after handover.

Got a photo of your Thompsons truck out on the job? Send it our way, we’d love to see it.

These latest builds are ready to roll out of our Scottish factory, and the team couldn’t be happier with how they’ve turned out.

It’s always a good day when a Thompsons tipper leaves the yard 🚚

POV: you’ve just walked into the Thompsons Croydon workshop 👀

This is what a normal day looks like down here. It’s noisy and busy, there’s always something going on, and the team wouldn’t have it any other way. Every truck you see us hand over starts life right here.

Ferriby Recycling Ltd Recycling’s new Renault Trucks UK Trucks C 8x4 tipper grab is out on the road, and we think it looks the part in that green and white livery 🚛

It’s always good to be part of a build like this. Our team at Thompsons, with Elliott Danson involved, and WEBRAND LTD finished it off with the livery. Thanks to Joe Uttley and everyone at Thompsons for bringing it all together, and to Ferriby Recycling for choosing us again.

We hope it gives you years of hard work. Enjoy it!

Yesterday was Employee Appreciation Day at Thompsons Blackburn, and it’s safe to say nobody went hungry 🍕

Fratelli rolled up and served pizza sandos to the whole team, and judging by the queue they went down a treat. We also held a raffle, so a few lucky winners went home with a prize as well as a full stomach.

A massive thank you to everyone at Blackburn for all the hard work you put in. Days like this are our way of saying we see it and we appreciate it. And thanks to Fratelli for feeding the masses!

One tipper handover is always nice. Six at once is even better. 🚚

We waved off a fresh batch of Thompsons tippers to our friends at Thorburn in Newcastle. The whole team has put a lot of work into these, and it’s great to see them ready to start earning their keep up north.

Thanks for choosing Thompsons, Thorburn. We’ll see you for the next lot 😉

The Charlton team in Dover have been busy, and these beavertails are the result.

We build every one of them to take a beating day in, day out. They make loading plant easy, and they’re made by a team who know exactly what our customers need. We’re pretty chuffed with how these have turned out.

Want one of your own? Get in touch with the Charlton team and we’ll talk you through it.
