Well what a start to the year.
We conducted a customer survey and have been so chuffed with the responses:
We have been rated an average of
4.4 out of 5 on Value for money
4.6 out of 5 on Delivery
4.6 out of 5 on Quality
5 out of 5 on Responsiveness to putting it right
4.6 out of 5 on Correspondence
5 out of 5 on Over all satisfaction
Comments such as:
"Nothing at all. It is a pleasure to deal with your company. One of the best ones"
"Not much to improve, we've grown together as companies so have a clear understanding of each others needs"
We've also had a new customer contact us and make their first order after a recommendation from a long standing customer.
