Role Overview:

As a Mobile Sales & Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers by:
• Diagnosing and repairing damaged or burst hydraulic hoses on a wide range of machinery directly on-site, working from a fully equipped mobile workshop/van.
• Engaging with customers at all levels to ensure successful outcomes while exceeding their expectations.
• Promoting the company’s full product range to customers and developing accounts to drive business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

No specific experience is required, but candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to the role:
• Mechanical or engineering experience.
• Construction or plant fitter experience.
• Mobile technician or vehicle maintenance background.
• Experience with power tools, hand tools, or spanners.
• A completed mechanical or engineering apprenticeship.
