These injectors were a huge test. But with perseverance, or some call it stubbornness, I managed to save 2 of these completely blocked injectors out of a Porsche 944. Got some cool videos to show of the pintle needle moving during the cleaning process.

These 2 are up for sale for £20 each. 0280150201. These fit Porsche 924S and 944. They also fit E30 and E24 and E28 BMW

6 BMW 330d injectors fully refurbished. These are going in a vehicle that's being mapped for performance so we juiced them up a bit per customer request. They turned out to be rockets! 🚀

This set of BMW injectors came in for a check up as the car was seeing other work. The cost of having these injectors serviced was an easy decision and peace of mind. The ASNU service enhanced the rate and spray patterns. 💫

Extremely happy how these VW VR6 injectors turned out. They came in corroded, dirty and as I thought 3 out of the 6 proved to be blocked. I spent some extra time on these, confident I'd get all 6 working as new again. The results were outstanding, I managed to save all 6. Spray patterns and flows were spot on.

This set of EJDR00403Z from an MK6 Transit 2.4 came in suffering from an injector circuit fault. Upon inspection, we found the solenoids were contaminated with water rusting out the solenoids. Putting in new solenoids and a valve kit fixed all these vans problems and returned some missing power as well. All in a day's work.

This set of Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI injectors came in an awful state. Chunks out the bodies, smashed threads, and parts missing. We put them right, though, with a full overhaul and new complete seal kit they're working like they should. 0445110239 ✅️

Test and service on a pair of Aprilia RSV Mille. The bike was refusing to start and upon testing found some poor spray patterns and slightly down on flow. Needless to say after some love the spray patterns and flows returned and the bike started.

RX8 Bosch Performance Injectors ✅️ These injectors have some seriously good spray patterns and deliver a huge amount of fuel. Both Primary and Secondary each had 1 injector that was under fueling. After some new seals and a good pulse in the ultrasonic we managed to replenish them missing cc's.

Delphi EJDR00701D Injectors overhauled. With the help of lapping the faces and the use of genuine parts these flew through the test with flying colours.

Citroën Relay 2.2 TDCI Injectors. A2C59517051/BK2Q-9K546-AG ✅️ This set flew through the test after being fully overhauled.

These V6 Alpine injectors arrived in quite a poor condition. They had been previously bead blasted leaving 2 of them blocked 2 spitting and 2 just about working. After some care and attention I managed to get 5 of them back to perfect condition, quite a miracle. Luckily the customer also had another set we serviced and they performed like new.

Some Honda CBR1000RR Injectors serviced. Perfect spray patterns and perfect flow test. These are from a race bike and have 4 in the manifold and 4 in the throttle bodies.

The importance of having your fuel injectors serviced.

The pictures displayed show the reason why it's important to have your petrol Injectors serviced. It's often not considered, however, servicing your petrol Injectors is extremely important for maintaining performance and efficiency of your engine.

The filters from this set had broken up causing poor fuel flow and poor spray patterns. Luckily the injectors were not damaged beyond repair and a service saw these performing like new again, preventing any further damage to the injectors or engine.

Getting your injectors serviced costs a fraction of the price for new ones, so it's well worth getting them checked out!
