ADMIN/SALES POSITION FEBRUARY START AVAILABLE.
This is a key position with a strong mix of admin, sales, logistics coordination, customer service and physical/manual handling.
Please Note: This role is based in a working yard environment, with regular exposure to dust, dirt, and outdoor conditions. Applicants must be comfortable working in this type of setting and willing to assist with physical tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and take orders in person and over the phone
Resolve customer queries and provide product guidance
sales and purchase invoices using Xero
Reconcile bank transactions daily
Coordinate stock orders and assist with stock handling
Help organise delivery logistics, using local knowledge where helpful
Communicate directly with both suppliers and customers
Maintain accurate records using Excel and assist with general admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an operations, admin, or accounts role
Confident using Excel; Xero experience would be a bonus
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Practical and proactive, with the ability to multitask
Ability to lift and move products safely (manual handling experience preferred)
Familiarity with local geography is an advantage
