Are you after an easy day out on the water?

Meet the Terhi 400 – a compact, capable and surprisingly inexpensive boat!

The Terhi 400 is ideal for family cruising or as an everyday get-around on the water. Its simple design and elegant shape mean the Terhi 400 is spacious and gives a smooth and comfortable ride.

For power, choose between a Yamaha petrol outboard (up to 15hp) or, for an eco-friendly option, a Torqeedo electric drive also delivers – have a look at our video to see both in action and we can help and advise on options and the best choice to suit you.

For shorter hops, the Terhi 400 is easily rowed - making it a real all rounder, easily handled by all.

Seats, oars and rowlocks come as standard, as do 2 lockable storage chambers for battery, fuel tank, an anchor and more valuable items. Options to add side rails, cushions, cleats, covers and other accessories are on offer, meaning the boat can be tailored to suit your needs – again, talk to us about what you’d like and we can advise.

Forthcoming Event: BOAT FEST SOUTH 2026 - 25th & 26th April

We have some exciting news!

The Outboard Centre will be exhibiting at BoatFest SOUTH Lakeside North Harbour and Port Solent, in Portsmouth. BoatFest SOUTH 2026 is a fun and affordable boating and water-sports Festival, featuring a wide range of boats, water-sports equipment, accessories and much more. There will be on-water displays, a ‘by invitation’ boat test facility and plenty of interesting stands to browse for inspiration, ideas and to treat yourself to some new kit!

We will be showcasing Terhi boats, a range of Yamaha outboards and introducing Torqeedo electric drives, too.

Planning Your Visit

Whilst you are enjoying a wander around, there are lots of restaurants nearby at Port Solent Marina and food and drink facilities at Lakeside. There is also plenty of free parking next to the show at Lakeside and a complimentary 5-minute shuttle bus between the two venues.
