🥳 Congratulations to our Managing Director, Darren Carter, who this month celebrates an incredible 35 years with MAP Plant and the Anderson Group.
Darren joined the business in 1991 as a Hire Manager when the company owned just a handful of machines and a small office team. Over the next three and a half decades, he has helped shape MAP Plant into the business it is today, playing a key role in its growth, expansion and success.
From the opening of our Barking depot and later move to Grays, through to becoming Managing Director in 2021, Darren's leadership, commitment and industry knowledge have been instrumental in building the reliable, resilient operation we are proud of today.
🤝 Thirty-five years of dedication is an incredible achievement and a testament not only to Darren's hard work, but also to the strong relationships and values that continue to define our business.
