From intern to permanent team member! 👏🏻
After completing his 12-week internship with Topframe Engineering and Biddy Attachments, we’re delighted that Nirvan has accepted a full-time permanent position as our Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive. 💫
🎓 Nirvan joined us through the Queen’s University Belfast Business School MSc Marketing Internship Programme, bringing with him an MBA and more than six years of previous professional experience.
From the outset, it was clear that this experience, combined with his postgraduate studies at Queen’s, would bring a fresh perspective to our marketing across both Topframe Engineering and Biddy Attachments.
Nirvan quickly got to work on his internship, developing structured 12-week marketing strategies for both businesses, identifying opportunities to strengthen our digital presence, increase brand awareness and better showcase the capabilities, projects and people behind our companies. 📈
We would also like to recognise Queen’s Business School and the value of its internship programme. It has provided us with the opportunity to bring an experienced postgraduate into the business, see first-hand what he could contribute and, ultimately, create a permanent position within our team.. win win for everyone involved!
