Ellis Autoparts is now under the ownership of Alliance Automotive Group. Alliance Automotive Group operates in the UK, Ireland and other European countries.

There will be wholesale changes to the shop which include new staff members and a complete revamp of the shop floor in order to carry more stock to meet your motoring needs and also to progress business within the Carrick area.

Alliance Automotive Group aim to complete the revamp of the shop and 'go live' with other AAG businesses within Northern Ireland by September.

We also want to wish the previous ownership and family all the best for the future.

In the mean time if there is anything that we can do please do not hesitate to contact us.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our customers a merry Christmas and a very happy new year! We will be open (reduced hours) Wednesday 28th December through to Saturday 31st December. We will reopen as normal from Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Rather than purchasing any gifts and cards this year we have made a donation to Myeloma UK. Thanks to everyone for their support and custom.

We require a COUNTER SALES ADVISOR

40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Saturday work will be required.

As a counter sales advisor your key responsibilities will be to build strong professional relationships with our customers, and to provide timely, knowledgeable sales advice on all our products.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Experience working in a busy, fast moving customer facing environment,
- Excellent communication skills and be able to present a friendly yet professional approach.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong IT and numeracy skills.
- A full and valid driving licence as you may be required to carry out deliveries.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

- Car parts product knowledge.

Hi everyone, despite what our phone lines are saying we are in fact open today. They should be switched back on shortly. We will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

We are currently experiencing issues with our phone lines - some customers are getting beeping when phoning as if the line is engaged/on hold rather than the usual ringing tone, and are just hanging up straight away. The phones are working as normal at our end and we will get to your call as soon as we are free so please just let it beep and we will get to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we get this issue rectified, the engineers are working on it now.
