Welcome back Harry Wallace, after a brief period away, working for another company.

Harry returned to join our team of engineers, exercising their engineering knowledge, in all aspects of lift / stairlift and platform lifts - maintenance, installation and safety inspections, working throughout the south west of England and beyond.

A recent project carried out in Weston super mare in a hotel during their closing period of January.

Full refurbishment of lift including lift car interior.

Four weeks start to finish, minimal building works, all works carried out by bronev.

New controller
Full rewire
New shaft switching and shaft equipment
New landing and car displays with audio
Full lift car line out with bespoke herringbone flooring
Re rope
New OSG
Full guarding around machine and controller
New overload unit
Full clean down and de grease and re lubricate where necessary.
Oil spill paint used where needed.
Full health and safety signage throughout.

Some recent works carried out by Bronev lifts.

We specialise in full refurbishments and bringing older lifts back up to scratch to hopefully serve for many years to come.

A new lift is not always an option due to space building works etc, refurbishment will minimalize on exterior works and total down time of the lift.

Refurbishments include:

New controllers
Full rewires
New shaft switching and shaft equipment
New motor/gear boxes or hydraulic tanks
New landing and car displays with audio.
Full lift car line outs with many options available to meet specific needs.
Full clean downs and de grease and re lubricate where necessary.
Oil spill paint used where needed.
Full health and safety signage throughout.

Bronev lifts will be looking into taking on new apprentices in January 2023.
Must be over 18 years old and preferably hold a full driving licence.
The successful applicant will go into a three month trial period, then following on from this will be enrolled onto a full NVQ training course.
Any current qualifications held could help your process.
Pay rates to be discussed.

We specialise in full refurbishments and bringing older lifts back up to scratch to hopefully serve for years to come.

Full clean down, paint pit floor with oil spill paint.
Full lions control package, new main controller, new tape head levelling system, new shaft switching, new push buttons and indicators.
New Ev100 hydraulic tank supplied by Hydrax.
Full lift car reline with new car operation panel and suspended ceiling with spot lights.

Works included :
Full re line of lift car, with new COP and stainless doors and false roof.
New Lions lift control panel.
Full re wire with new shaft switching, new levelling system, car top control station and Memcom safety edges.
Full clean down and paint.
Health and safety signage throughout.
Pit ladder and maintenance interlocked prop.

Works included :

Full clean down, paint motor room and pit floors with oil spill paint.
Full lions control package, new main controller, new tape head levelling system, new shaft switching, new push buttons and indicators.
Strip and replace ram seals.
New Ropes.
New Ev100 hydraulic tank supplied by Hydrax.
Full lift car reline with new car operation panel and suspended ceiling with spot lights.
Pit ladder and switched pit prop supplied.
New landing locks and contacts.
Full H&S signs throughout.

Full clean down and paint: Motor room, shaft, pit and moving parts.
Full motor room revamp. Galvanised trunking throughout.
Complete re-wire and new controller from Lions lift controls.
New shaft lighting.
New landing call stations.
New shaft switching.
Pit access.
Health and safety signage.
Lift car left original to match with the buildings decor. Added brass data plate and brass digital indicator cover.
