🏡 Behind the walls of many homes, plastic pipes quietly carry water day after day. Most of us never think twice about them.

But in the event of a fire, those hidden materials can matter 🔥

The solution? Stop hiding flammable plastic and choose copper pipework and components as the backbone of your heating and water system.

Unlike plastic, copper does not burn, melt or drip in a fire. Its inherent fire resistance means it won’t contribute to fire spread in the same way plastic pipework can.

This  , we’re encouraging people to think beyond single-use plastics and consider the materials hidden behind the walls of our homes 🏡

, you know where to find us for the documentary 📺

MLCP, PEX and CSST pipes burn, collapse and release toxic fumes within minutes 🔥

Copper stands out as the safest material within a building, with a high melting point of 1,085°C, higher than the temperature of most building fires. Copper pipes maintain their integrity under extreme conditions.

Copper doesn’t burn in a house fire, making it the most reliable material for your home 🏡

Never mind giving plastic the elbow... Let’s give it the BOOT!

After all, an elbow will get you a red card, but a leg and boot will get you a goal ⚽️

Big news that’s built to last 🎉

Our founders, and Mueller Europe, have announced an industry-leading 75-year warranty across all their copper tube products.

Why? Because confidence in your materials matters.

When installed and maintained correctly, copper pipes can last up to 80 years, twice the lifespan of plastic equivalents. That means long-term reliability, durability and peace of mind for plumbers, specifiers and homeowners alike.

It’s another step in our commitment to championing materials that are built to last while supporting a more sustainable future ♻️
