A 1927 3Ltr Low-Chassis Lagonda! This is a brand new replacement radiator and has been manufactured by us entirely in house. The nickel silver shell was made entirely out of 1 single sheet, without any welds needed. Just skill and a lot patience 👌🏻

Certainly not an Alfa you see everyday! Very happy to have be able to make this Alfa, a complete new build, formed in 1 piece of German nickel silver without any weld joins at all. Finished with a V’d tube core using as much space as possible for cooling!

Another recently completed Mercedes 540k radiator. 100% new and everything is made by us, in house. 540k radiators use a square, wire spaced tube core with a chrome plated shell. The core is made of 8500 individual 6mm square tubes, each individually spaced by 1mm wire, it’s leant back and vee’d, with the double angle on each side the core is a monumental task in itself. The shell is hand shaped before chrome plating and fitting the core. Pressure tested before a final polish and delivered to the customer.

We recently completed a Hispano Suiza H6B radiator. The original radiator was damaged and had extensive corrosion to the nickel silver shell, we built a new shell from scratch using the original castings and fittings, we fitted the shell around a new Moreux pattern film core made by us, in house.

The H6B was a prewar engineering masterpiece designed by Marc Birkigt, we look forward to seeing the finished radiator on the restored car!

We were recently asked by a customer to solve a cooling issue on a Vauxhall Prince Henry. Rather than rebuild the original radiator we were asked if we could make a 100% brand new radiator, leaving the original radiator untouched and preserved.
The new radiator needed to be identical in size and shape to ensure it fitted the car without modification, but was to use a more efficient, period correct film core to allow for longer continental touring by the owner. It required lots of work, including patterns for new cast parts, a one-off film core, many hours, and some extensive metal work to ensure the German Nickel silver shell looked fantastic and fitted perfectly. There’s no plating in the radiator, all the brightwork is polished parent metal.
We were very pleased with the finished radiator, both visually and functionally. Here it is fitted to the car after some extensive test driving.

This lovely little Rover 9 has just undergone a full restoration, this includes stripping to pieces, removing all dents and repairing all cracks then meticulously polishing the nickel silver shell back to life. This radiator has also been fitted with a brand new ‘A’ Type core made entirely in house.

A brand new manufactured American LaFrance radiator. This polished nickel silver radiator was made entirely in house, including a brand new square tube core and detachable stone guard! Many hours go into a project like this and we’re looking forward to having it on display this weekend for the scramble!
