Something a little different for our engineers in Aviemore today.

Installation of a Rational XS iCombi Pro complete with integration kit, seamlessly built into bespoke cabinetry.

Another tidy installation, in conjunction with RH Morton completed and ready for service.

Big thanks to the team for the smooth install.

Early morning start to keep these Convotherm ovens running smoothly at a hotel in Motherwell ⏰

Fan motor, door seals, trolley seals and meat probes replaced across the 3 ovens 🔧

Central Catering are growing to end 2025 with another new addition and we are open to candidates for 2026.

Works carried out today in Glasgow city centre 🔧

This large Metcalfe mixer required a new agitating shaft following its failure yesterday ⛓️‍💥

Parts were sent direct to site today for a next day repair 📦

Two engineers attended for a strip down of the planetary head, the shaft was successfully replaced and ready for use ✅

Central Catering Services installed, tested and committed another Rational today.

This particular oven took us to the beautiful Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa.

With the main route ferry in current chaos, we took the longer scenic route upto Fort William, across to Ardgour, down to Lochaline, finally across to Fishnish.

All in a days work and becoming more common with our ever growing presence in the Highlands and Islands.

Central Catering today further increased our manufacturers training knowledge!

Today the venue was Sheffield at the Welbilt factory, home of Merrychef.

It was a brilliant couple of days training, with great in depth insight, to the operation and workings, but most importantly safe working practice.

It is brilliant to add Merrychef into our engineers training arsenal which already includes - Rational, Hobart, Blue Seal, Electrolux, Convotherm, MKN, Pitco, Falcon & Synergy Grill.
