Another impressive project underway in Cemaes Bay, where the team has erected a full access scaffold around this substantial coastal property.

With multiple elevations, high-level gables and challenging access requirements, careful planning was key to ensuring safe and efficient access for the works being carried out.

🚧 We’re Hiring: 2 Experienced Scaffolders 👷‍♂️👷‍♂️

Rydan ni’n chwilio am ddau sgafellwr profiadol i ymuno gyda’n tîm! 💚

We’re looking to add two skilled scaffolders to our team. Candidates must hold a Part 2 or Advanced card and have a full driving licence. We’re looking for individuals who are experienced, confident in running their own gang, and able to deliver work to a high standard. 💪

✅ Requirements:
🔹 Part 2 or Advanced CISRS card
🔹 Full UK driving licence
🔹 Strong scaffolding experience
🔹 Ability to lead and manage a gang on-site

💷 Rate: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

One thing with scaffolding that people don’t always see is the planning behind it 👷‍♂️

Every property is different. Roof heights, access, roads, conservatories, gardens, uneven ground and getting a scaffold set up properly can make a huge difference for the trades working on the job afterwards.

Another large temporary roof system completed by the team this week 👏

Full scaffold and weather protection package installed on this coastal property to allow roofing works to continue safely and efficiently regardless of conditions 🌧️🌬️

Projects like this take far more than just putting scaffold up around a building. With exposed locations near the coastline, the design and tying pattern become a huge part of the job.

This install included:
→ Full temporary roof system
→ Shrink wrap weather protection
→ Independent access scaffold
→ Load management for roofing materials
→ Designed to withstand exposed coastal wind conditions
→ Safe working access maintained around multiple elevations

Temporary roofing systems like this help keep projects moving without delays from weather, while protecting both the structure and the trades working underneath it.

Had a call from a customer yesterday at 4pm who was in a panic — they had roofers booked for tomorrow (monday) but their scaffolding company had let them down multiple times and never showed up.
