We’re Hiring: Site Foreman – High-End Residential Construction
Location: Lurgan and surrounding areas | Competitive rates (Based on Experience)
We’re a growing, design-focused residential construction company delivering architecturally driven homes and renovations to the highest standard. Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Site Foreman who’s as comfortable on the tools as they are leading a site team.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled builder or joiner with a passion for fine detail and quality, ready to take the next step into site management. You’ll be leading day-to-day operations, ensuring workmanship is top-notch, timelines are met, and safety is a priority — while still getting your hands dirty when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in Luxury residential building or high-end joinery.
Experience supervising trades and running small teams.
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Great communication and leadership ability.
A drive to grow into more senior site or project roles.
In the Role, You’ll:
Oversee and coordinate daily site activity.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and tidy sites.
Work alongside the team when required.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Ensure health & safety compliance.
Report to project management with updates and insights.
