Introducing our latest project!
After being supplied with a donor Finlay BSM412 chassis we set about a complete rebuild on this machine..
All major mechanical components were replaced .A new cab was also fitted to complement the build .
A new Itipack strapping head was fitted along with all related components both electrical and mechanical.
This machine then received a brand new bespoke electrical control system designed specifically for us. The software was designed and written from scratch and is crammed full of innovative new features helping both safety and ease of use for the operator.
A modem was also added to allow monitoring remotely from our base and to assist with fault finding should any problems arise.
Extensive testing was carried out on this machine locally before it was moved to its permanent location in a very busy production facility in ROI .
