A decent handyman is always more cost effective for those smaller jobs. A skilled tradesman in a particular discipline could do it of course but availability and the price can be difficult to contend with. For example, a toilet flusher unit or leaky tap can be a simple job for a handyman who charges by the hour, a plumber on the other hand may not have time and could be more expensive with call out fees etc. if its a fence post or panel, a slab or 2, a small tree removal, a plaster patch, a door trim or any other job that isn't a full works ,then think about your local handyman. We are versatile multi disciplined and carry all the tools for all the jobs. Does your tree surgeon do welding on your gates? does your plumber plaster or your electrician fix your stuck pvc door?

Always call your handy man service first....

I'm clearing a 25m² area full of brambles, ivy, rose trees, hydrangea bushes/small Ash trees and all the roots, some of which were like Excalibur....now to move out the dozens of rocks 20kg+ each from a buried pond, drop half of one other patio and build up for the new one, some way to go yet......

I really should be posting before and after photos of jobs but I'm that busy I can hardly breathe, I'm weeks ahead of myself, at this rate I will need to employ someone or work on cloning myself, I said for years that I wanted to do what I'm doing now.....be careful what you wish for....

A quick job in Erdington this morning, someone recently had new carpets fitted and the original bedroom door in a 150 year old house was in need of shortening and rehanging. The cutting of the door and rehanging were fine.....the flat head screws in the hinges were very stubborn to remove the door before cutting. Customer was very happy with the easy swinging door, new screws were fitted to the hinges.
