ASHP system install this week, removing a Viessmann gas boiler and cylinder and replacing with a Grant 300 Litre pre-plumbed cylinder and 17Kw heat pump! 👨🏼‍🔧

Perfect space for this job as it is located in the garage, allowing enough room for solar controls and battery storage to go hand in hand with the new ASHP system! 🍃⚡️

Still lots to complete on the project, lo-flo underfloor heating to go into the lounge and milling out the library room concrete floor for comfortable temperatures while relaxing ♨️😎

With no way to source replacement parts a new boiler was fitted, Vaillant system protection kit and 32mm condense run outside into drainage💦♨️

Old floor standing Ideal Mexico out and new Vaillant 830 Combi in, the customer wanted instant hot water access and better pressure through their bathroom fixtures which is exactly what they got! ♨️💦

The garage wall was bricked up to match as best as possible and new EPH CP4 wireless programmable room stat was fitted alongside the boiler! 🧱🛜

Oil Boiler and other works complete on a recent extension built by 🏠🔥

Working alongside ABL is always a pleasure, we removed the clients out-dated oil boiler at the beginning stages of the build and aligned our first fix pipework with the new extension. 🧱👷🏼

ABL has a great team to work alongside which ensures no issues for us and the client! ✅

We fitted the downstairs WC (Tiled by .n.e_choice_tiling , new compact radiators throughout the ground floor and a external oil boiler on second fix! 🔥

All works have been carried out by our installation team and commissioned by our Oil engineer Mark! 🤩

First Fix now complete for this Off-Grid bungalow 🏠🔥

Working with the client so far to achieve a sustainable and efficient system for their off-grid bungalow, it is all ran of an array of solar panels to power the property and the mains water is being pumped and filtered from a well which has its own independent plant room 🛁⚡️

All hot & cold, flow and return pipework all tested and left live at 2.5bar, we do this as it ensures that if any pipework is damaged during the the time between the first to second fix it becomes clear and we are able to be notified for any repair! 💦

All works carried out by our installation team! 👷🏼‍♂️

A Glowworm Combi Boiler fitted in the loft-space, Compact radiators fitted throughout, new kitchen and bathroom yet to be installed! 🏠
