Studio Pilates Morzine (based at the HIVE) group classes start up for the winter season from tomorrow (2nd January 2023) onwards.

Below is the schedule - please get in touch if you would any more info on the classes. Bespoke group and private classes also available.

MONDAY
18:00 group apparatus - a mixture of mat work and using springs and other apparatus for resistance

TUESDAY
09:15 - mellow mat - online and in person
13:30 - group apparatus - a mixture of mat work and using springs and other apparatus for resistance

THURSDAY
10:30 - group apparatus class - a mixture of mat work and using springs and other apparatus for resistance
18:00 - intermediate mat - online and in person

FRIDAY
09:15 - intermediate mat - online and in person

It’s been a little while (we’ve had a bit on!) holding our breath and hoping to get to the end of this week without any disruption (aka: an early arrival from 👶 which might have cost us our new home 😂)

We celebrated my birthday earlier this week (she didn’t steal mine 🥳) AND signed on our very own home on Thursday! 🏡

A LOT of change going on here and trying my best not to give into overwhelm, but we are chipping away at this thing called ‘life’ in our own way and it feels pretty exciting too 🥰

We whizzed up to one of our favorite spots with our bestie to sit and gain some perspective gazing out at Mont Blanc before we lost of the light.
