It's been a while between posts, but this one was worth the wait. Check out the video of a recent pump station upgrade we completed from start to finish. The job involved removing the four old 75kW pump sets and their foundations — all well beyond serviceable life — and replacing them with four new 75kW horizontal split case pump sets on new foundations, delivering reliable efficient pumping well into the future.

⚠️ This is what happens when you think more grease = more protection. It doesn’t. 👇

🔴 Over-greasing is one of the leading causes of bearing failure — and it’s 100% preventable.
🔥 Excess grease generates heat — it churns inside the housing, breaks down rapidly, and carbonises (that’s the black sludge you’re looking at).
