More than 80 years manufacturing motors. And more than 20 years rethinking how we work together.

A few weeks ago, we welcomed the Bevol team to Lancor.

They came to learn more about what we do, but much of the conversation ended up focusing on how we do it.

We talked about self-management, teams, participation, responsibility, and also the challenges that arise when decisions no longer depend solely on a hierarchical structure.

Because working in a participative way does not eliminate complexity. But it does require us to learn how to manage it together.

That exchange of experiences was precisely the most enriching part of the day. 💬

Thank you to the entire Bevol team for the visit and for sharing your reflections on Lancor afterwards. 🤝

We are convinced that when organisations with similar interests come together, new ideas, learning opportunities and synergies emerge. ✨

One year after receiving the ZeroDX Award, we’ve been nominated once again! 🏆

Last year, we were incredibly proud to receive an award that recognised something essential to the way we understand our business: closeness to our customers, collaboration, transparency and relationships built on trust.

One of the ideas that best represents these awards is “zero distance” with the customer.

Zero distance means that the customer is not simply waiting for a solution at the end of the process: they are part of it. In many of our projects, customers are involved from the definition of drawings and specifications through to follow-up and continuous improvement; Lancor contributes its R&D, industrialisation and production capabilities to make it happen.

Being nominated once again encourages us to keep working the way we do. We want to stay close, listen, adapt and build solutions together with each customer. ✨
The event will take place on 21 September in Qingdao, China, during the 3rd edition of the ZeroDX Awards, as part of the 10th RenDanHeYi Model Leading Forum.
We would also like to congratulate the other nominated organisations, with whom we share a commitment to building more human, participative and closely connected management models.

This new nomination belongs to everyone who is part of Lancor. 💙

We will continue working with the same enthusiasm to reduce, day by day, the distance between Lancor and those who place their trust in us.

⚪ El que tuvo que fabricarse en blanco.

Hace algunos años, uno de nuestros motores fue integrado por un cliente internacional en una instalación muy singular del Vatican.

Entre sus requisitos había uno poco habitual: tenía que ser blanco.

Más allá del color, aquel proyecto reflejaba algo muy presente en nuestro día a día: cada instalación puede requerir una adaptación específica.

A veces, la adaptación está relacionada con el rendimiento, la integración mecánica o las condiciones de trabajo.

Otras veces, también entran en juego criterios estéticos, del entorno o de integración visual.

Y, gracias a esa adaptación, hoy tenemos un motor en el Vatican 😊

🏙️ En los elevadores domésticos, la suavidad al arrancar, la seguridad durante el recorrido, el tamaño de la máquina y la adaptación a velocidades reducidas son aspectos clave para lograr una integración eficiente en viviendas y espacios de menor recorrido.

The industry of the future is also learned inside a factory.

Welcoming students to our facilities is an opportunity to bring them closer to a reality that complements what they learn in the classroom 📚.

🔎 During the visit, they can see first-hand how work is carried out in an industrial environment specialised in electric motors: from engineering and planning to manufacturing, assembly and validation processes.

Seeing a plant in operation helps to better understand concepts that, on paper, may seem abstract.

We believe in the connection between education, industry and the future.
