BEU Heat Exchanger is a versatile and efficient solution for thermal management that’s designed to excel in a variety of industrial applications.

It is ideally suited for heating or cooling low-fouling fluids such as water, CIP solutions, milk, and beverages. Its innovative design features a removable “U” tube bundle attached to a single tubesheet. This configuration allows for free expansion and contraction of the tubes, making it the preferred choice when dealing with high temperature differences, for example when steam is used as the heating medium.

One of the key advantages of the BEU design is its ease of maintenance. The removable tube bundle enables thorough cleaning of the tube surfaces, and in the event of a tube failure, a replacement bundle can be quickly installed into the existing shell assembly. This not only minimizes downtime but also ensures continued, efficient performance.

The BEU heat exchanger is designed with flexibility in mind. With its U-type, removable-bundle configuration, it can be constructed with bonnet or channel construction and is even available as a suction heater with an open end shell.
This innovative system is perfect for various applications, including heating or cooling oil, water, and other process fluids, or even for condensing process steam or v***r. It offers significant advantages, such as the ability to handle wide variations in fluid temperatures, excellent resistance to thermal shock, and versatile cleaning options whether steam or mechanical cleaning is required on the shell side.
