من شويه عميل عربيته BMW وناجح في حياته دخل علينا واتكلمنا سوا شويه، لقيته بيقولي عارف يا ايمن أنا من ٤ سنين كنت شغال كاشير ف كارفور كان مرتبي ٢٢٠٠ وكنت راضي وكل حاجه وحياتي ماشية كويسه عندي ولدين، كل تمام لحد يوم كان معايا شنطه عهده ٣٠ الف وكنت بحاسب عميل ولما خلصت معاه ببص ملاقتش الشنطه وملاقتش حاجه ولما روحت للكاميرات والأمن كان اختفي، اشتغلت سنه ونص ببلاش عشان اسدد الفلوس دي مكنتش لاقي أكل، الإقساط والايجار كان ببقتلوتي مكنتش بعرف انام خايف من بكره وبحلم بكوابيس لحد م خلصت السنه ونص وكنت فاكرها خلصت عليا، قولت لازم اسيب المكان ده كفايه كده وسافرت الكويت اشتغلت مدرس هنآك وكنت بعافر وشوفت ايام صعبه هناك بس قولت لا اكمل لحد في يوم الاقي شنطه فيها ١٦ الف دينار متخيل يومها وقفت مصدوم وفضلت افكر اعمل اي، طب اخدهم، ع طول افتكرت حرقة قلبي وقلت لا ارجعهم لصاحبهم وعملت اعلان ان مبلغ معايا لحد م صاحبهم وصل ليا واخدهم وعطاني الف دينار اااه والله الف دينار وشغلني معاه لحد م ربنا كرمني وبقيت الشخص اللي انت شايفه ده، قولت لو مكنش كل ده حصل كان زماني لسه كاشير بياخد تلات آلاف بس ربنا كريم

وقتها افتكرت "لو عرضت الأقدار لاختار العبد القدر الذي اختاره الله له"

You must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
Take incoming calls from customers concerning European Cars’ spare Parts, and other high-value accessories who are interested in placing orders, inquiring about our products, returning product, etc.
Prepare various product-related reports to help the product manager in taking both strategic and tactical decisions including sales, profitability, and inventory movement reports.
Process all wholesale customer orders/returns including deliveries and invoices according to the predetermined discount rate and sales quota plan and customer delivery schedule.

Minimum Experience

3+ years of European cars is Must.
Aftermarket Sales Experience is Must.

Qualifications

Excellent product knowledge and sales ability.
Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
Knowledge of parts outdoor sales procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
Achieving sales targets and non-financial objectives.
Searching for new customers and enrich the customer database.

-العميل هو الشخص الأكثر أهمية في المؤسسة .
- لا يعتمد العميل عليك ، بل أنت تعتمد على العميل ، وأنت تعمل لديه .
- لا يشكل العميل مصدراً للإزعاج بالنسبة لك ، إن العميل هو هدف عملك .
- يطوقك العميل بفضله عندما يزورك في المؤسسة أو يتصل بك ، إنك لا تتفضل عليه بتقديم الخدمة له .
- يشكل العميل جزءاً من عملك مثله مثل أي شيء عنده .
ليس العميل مجرد عدد إحصائي جامد ، إن العميل شخص لديه مشاعره وعواطفه مثلك تماماً ، لذا عامل العميل بصوره أفضل مما تود أن تعامل بها .
- إن العميل ليس هو الشخص الذي يحسن أن تتجادل معه .
- العميل هو شريان الحياة الرئيسي في عملك ، تذكر دائماً بدون
عملاء لن يكون لك عمل ، فأنت تعمل من أجل العميل .
