Eng. Maged has carried out construction-finishing and real estate projects. Architect from Faculty of Fine Arts – Helwan University in 1978. In 1979, he joined Design Architect Engineers responsible for developing Technical drawings and supervises the execution of construction – finishing works for different types of projects including textile factory, ten stories building, restaurants and private villas. In 1985, Eng. Attalla immigrated to Australia and in 1986 started his own business there in the field of specialized designing and supervising architectural work for banks. In 1991, Eng. Attalla became a recognized Associate member of the Housing Guarantee Fund Ltd., Australia and also became a recognized Associate Member of Master Builders’ Association of Victoria, Australia. In 1993, Eng. Attalla became a part of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects of Australia. In 1995, he completed a one-year Supervisor’s Course of construction Industry Safety organized by The Victoria Association. During his twelve years in Australia, Eng. Attalla had established two firms and as to date they are operational and functional. The first one is Master Architect, a design and consultancy office. The second one is Perfect Construction and Investment Pty Ltd., a general contractor and real estate development company. Attalla and his companies have been involved in preparing the specifications of assigned projects, developing working and technical drawings, training of labor teams capable of applying latest techniques in the finishing industry, supervising work at sites, coordinating with consultants and local authorities for respective permits, developing budgets and monitor consistent achievement of these budgets as well as preparing financial claims for work executed and follow-up settlement of these claims.
