Job Title: Document Controller
Job Code: DC-01

-Job Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in engineering consultancy or construction.
· Strong knowledge of document control procedures and document management systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
· Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Good command of English.

-Key Responsibilities:
· Manage project documents and maintain an organized document control system.
· Register, track, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents.
· Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision history.
· Coordinate document review and approval workflows.
· Maintain document registers and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
· Support project teams with document submissions and client correspondence.
· Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and quality standards.
· Prepare document transmittals and monitor document status.
· Archive completed project documentation and maintain records for future reference.
· Provide support and training to staff on document control procedures when required.
