* Minimum 2 years of experience ,Strong proficiency in Revit is required

🔹 Mechanical Engineer

* Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Firefighting Systems modelling in Revit

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Minimum 1 year professional experience

Strong command of Revit Architecture (essential)

Teamwork, creativity & good communication skills

🔹 Electrical Engineer – 4+ Years of Experience (Design)

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in electrical design within MEP projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit and excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in BIM modeling and design documentation is required.
🔹 Mechanical Engineer – 4+ Years of Experience (Design)

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design for HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Firefighting systems.
🔹 Mechanical Engineer – Fresh Graduate

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD is preferred.
Motivated to learn and grow in mechanical design and BIM modeling.
Work Location:
On-site at our headquarters – 8th District, Sheikh Zayed City

BIM Direction is hiring!

1. Senior Mechanical Engineer – 5+ Years of Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in MEP BIM modeling and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers on BIM projects
Oversee the development of MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy
Review and approve design deliverables
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and MEP BIM
High proficiency in Revit and strong coordination skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

2. Architects – 1+ Year of Experience

We are looking for two Architects with at least 1 year of professional experience, with Revit proficiency as a core requirement.

Responsibilities

Develop and update architectural BIM models
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration
Support design documentation and project coordination tasks
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design
Strong command of Revit Architecture (essential)
Creativity, teamwork, and communication skills
Work Location

On-site at our company headquarters in 8th District – Sheikh Zayed City
