Engineers Qualifications:

Engineers are mechanical engineers with minimum 10 years practical experience in the erection and maintenance works in cement plants. Technician Qualifications:

Technician for mechanical works, fitters, and weldings, with sufficient skill and minimum 10 years experience to perform such works and lead a small group of skilled labors
