هو إيه الفرق بين Margin و Markup ؟ 🤔

لما تكون مقاول كبير، كل 1% بتفرق... واللي ما يعرفش الفرق، يخسر وهو"فاکر إنه کسبان ".
النسبة اللي بتضيفها فوق التكلفه: Markup
النسبة اللي بتحققها من سعر البيع: Margin
تعال نحسبها مع بعض:
لو تكلفة المشروع: 2,000,000 جنيه

:Margin 15% لو حسبتها
السعر = 2,000,000 ÷(1 - 0.15) = 2,352,941 جنيه
الربح الحقيقي = 352,941 جنيه

لكن لو حسبت Markup 15% بالغلط :
السعر= 2,000,000 × 1.15 = 2,300,000 جنيه
الربح = 300,000 جنيه

يعني خسرت 52,941 جنيه من غير ما تحس!

اختصرها کده دایما:
-Margin =Markup ÷(1 + Markup)
-Markup =Margin ÷(1 - Margin)

سعر البيع= التكلفة ÷ (1 - Margin)
سعر البيع= التكلفة ×(1 + Margin)

الدرس الذهبي لأي مقاول بيشتغل بضمير :
ماينفعش تدخل مناقصة أو تسعر بند إلا وانت فاهم الرقم اللي بتحطه بيعبر عن إيه بالضبط.

لأن الخطأ مش بس خسارة فلوس... ده ممكن يكون سبب في خسارة مشروع کامل.
