Quick fabrication and installation of steel platforms with a span of 22 meters, connecting Eastern and Western mall towers in the New Administrative Capital of Cairo. Shotmed executed the project in a record time of 45 days. The project required Shotmed’s 300 M Ton lifting crawler crane due to its confined space, demonstrating Shotmed’s construction capabilities.

The Steel Fly-Over Platform is part of Shotmed’s Steel Structure product line, helping build and shape Commercial Building Structures.

This project reflects Shotmed commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable steel building products customized for commercial retail use.

Shotmed has successfully completed the full overhaul of the Backwash Water Pump Building at the El Badrasheen Water Station, South of Cairo.

The project scope included the procurement and installation of all electromechanical components, featuring the supply of three of our new CLEOPATRA-KEMET class vertical “end suction” centrifugal pumps (750 L/sec total installed capacity).

The production of these pumps is a direct result of months of design and development by Shotmed design teams, in close collaboration with the Arab Organization for Industrialization’s DMC workshop.

Great appreciation to the talented Shotmed and AOI teams for their engineering ingenuity and commitment to delivering high-performance, in-house manufactured solutions.

A productive seminar hosted by Shotmed under the support of Eng. Murad Lutfi Ghaly (Head of Mechanical Electrical Department of Egyptian Ministry of Irrigation), showcasing the capabilities of Shotmed’s KEMET Archimedean Screw Pump.

The presentation highlighted how this type of pump can significantly reduce operational downtime and lower maintenance costs, by overcoming current obstacles that are faced within the existing lifting stations.
