From Lorient, France, to the heart of the Egyptian market… a new chapter in subsea technology begins.
Petro Marine Egypt is proud to announce a major strategic step that strengthens our presence in the marine technology sector, following the completion of our partnership with French company SEABER and our appointment as the exclusive agent for its products and solutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
This partnership opens the door to bringing the latest Micro-AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) technologies to the Egyptian market, supporting the evolving needs of marine surveying, subsea engineering, and marine environmental protection.
As part of this partnership, Eng. Mohamed El-Halwany, Chairman of the Board of Petro Marine Egypt, participated in a specialized training program at SEABER’s headquarters in Lorient, France. The program covered commercial, technical, and practical at-sea training, including:
▪️ Reviewing success stories and the latest developments in SEABER solutions.
▪️ Exploring product categories, pricing, and customer service strategies.
▪️ Training on the operation of Micro-AUVs and the SEAPLAN control software.
▪️ Conducting field operations involving vehicle deployment, navigation, and data recovery at sea.
This participation represents more than just a training opportunity. It reflects Petro Marine Egypt’s commitment to building genuine local expertise and ensuring the delivery of integrated solutions that meet the highest technical and operational standards—through a team that understands the technology and knows how to apply it to the needs of the Egyptian market.
