Sales Representatives
Job Description
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's MEP contracting services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of MEP systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and handle their needs and inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

3. Sales Activities:
• Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Conduct market survey and competitor analysis for future sales forecast.

4. Coordination and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction or MEP industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
