Heat transfer is a discipline of thermal engineering that concerns the generation, use, conversion, and exchange of thermal energy (heat) between physical systems. Heat transfer is classified into various mechanisms, such as thermal conduction, thermal convection, thermal radiation, and transfer of energy by phase changes. Engineers also consider the transfer of mass of differing chemical species, either cold or hot, to achieve heat transfer. While these mechanisms have distinct characteristics, they often occur simultaneously in the same system.
The Heating Coil is considered one of ways of transfer the heating
The hereunder heating coil is designed to raise the vegetable oil from 25 degree to 70 degree Through the flow of saturated steam inside it with 6 bar pressure.
* The heating coils consists of two coils the inner coil diameter is 1.85 M and the outer coil diameter is 2.10 M.
* The Coils consists of 21 level with total height 4 M.
* The Vertical spacing between the levels is 100 MM.
* The horizontal spacing between the two coils is 50 MM.
* The Coil material is stainless steel 304.
* Used pipes diameter is 2.5 INCH, SCH 10.

- Condensate Return Group:

No steam system is complete without that crucial component ‘the condensate return group. This is the most important link in the condensate loop because it connects steam usage with condensate return.

The condensate return group consists of steam globe valve, Y-Strainer, Steam Trap and Check valve

A steam trap quite literally ‘purges’ condensate, (as well as air and other incondensable gases), out of the system, allowing steam to reach its destination in as dry a state/condition as possible to perform its task efficiently and economically.

The quantity of condensate a steam trap has to deal with may vary considerably. It may have to discharge condensate at steam temperature (i.e. as soon as it forms in the steam space) or it may be required to discharge below steam temperature, giving up some of its ‘sensible heat’ in the process.

The pressures at which steam traps can operate may be anywhere from vacuum to well over a hundred bar. To suit these varied conditions there are many different types, each having their own advantages and disadvantages. Experience shows that steam traps work most efficiently when their characteristics are matched to that of the application. It is imperative that the correct trap is selected to carry out a given function under given conditions. At first sight it may not seem obvious what these conditions are. They may involve variations in operating pressure, heat load or condensate pressure. Steam traps may be subjected to extremes of temperature or even water hammer.
They may need to be resistant to corrosion or dirt. Whatever the conditions, correct steam trap selection is important to system efficiency.

Thermal Oil Boiler
The hot oil boiler is used in processes where high temperatures are needed in the industry. The oil can rise above 280ºC in the boiler.
Thermal oil boiler model “A.Y.Y”, which is used for industrial purposes, prepares oil at desired temperature by using solid or liquid fuel.
Solid-Liquid Fired Hot Oil Boiler is produced according to order.
2 Type Production: It is manufactured in two different types as horizontal and vertical.
Solid fuel oil boiler can be used as an automatic loading thanks to the added stoker
Thermal Oil Boiler Features and Advantages
Thermal oil boilers operate at low temperature (280ºC).
The heat transfer oil used in the system can be used for a long time.
It is not necessary to use any conditioning unit in the heat transfer oil.
Heat conduction oil does not cause corrosion in the system.
Can also be used for boiling water.
Safety Measures
The hot oil outlet temperature is controlled by the PID controller.
Hot oil return temperature is controlled by digital thermostats.
The hot oil outlet thermostat is mechanically controlled by the burner.

Feedwater tanks are heated storage tanks that do not have a specific deaerating section and operate at atmospheric pressure. In addition to being a feedwater reservoir, these tanks also act as condensate receivers, cold-water makeup locations and as a point for chemical injection.
Given the multitude of functions this vessel can have, proper design and operation of the feedwater tank is critical to ensure the boiler sees fully treated feedwater consistently. A properly designed feedwater tank will help reduce thermal shock and decrease oxygen scavenger usage. Avoiding the four most common design issues with feedwater tanks can help reduce problems with your boiler feedwater system.
The Fresh water is entered to the F.W.T after adding the chemical in water treatment unit then the water is entered to steam boiler and another quantity of water is entered again to F.W.T to make water backup when the water is decreased in the boiler below the working water level
Boiler water treatment is critical to ensuring your boiler is operating as efficiently as possible, and no proper water treatment program is complete without a thorough understanding of the feedwater setup. A crucial step in preparing the feedwater for the boiler is preheating and deaerating the water in a separate vessel directly upstream of the boiler:

Important Conveyor Systems Specifications
Load Capacity per Unit Length
Manufacturers will offer this attribute in cases where the conveyor will be built to a custom length to permit users to determine loading margins.

Maximum Load Capacity
Associated with Load Capacity per Unit Length, this value can be stated for fixed length, purpose-built conveyors. This can also be known as flow rate.

Conveyor Belt System Speed/Rated Speed
Belt conveyors are typically rated in terms of belt speed in ft/min. while powered roller conveyors described the linear velocity in similar units to a package, carton, etc. moving over the powered rollers. Rated speed applies to apron/slat conveyors and drag/chain/tow conveyors as well.

Throughput

Frame Configuration

Drive Location

Center drives are not always at the actual center of the conveyor, but somewhere along its length, and are mounted underneath the system. They’re used for reversing the direction of a conveyor.
