CartoDrone is led by Bo Sprotte Kofod, a Copenhagen-based forester and geospatial specialist — a trained Forestry & Landscape Engineer and drone pilot who turned remote sensing and carbon science into a profession. As Head of Carbon Engineering & MRV at Earthbanc — a remote-sensing-driven carbon and restoration-finance platform — he oversees the satellite and AI pipelines behind Earthbanc's audited carbon outcomes.

CartoDrone is his drone and field-survey practice: drone cartography paired with real carbon science, open and auditable GIS pipelines, and a focus on numbers that survive verification. Where most drone-mapping firms stop at the orthophoto, CartoDrone connects the imagery to the carbon and biodiversity questions that actually decide a project.
