Hvedegaard Knives Welcome to my site. I am a 23 year old full time custom knifemaker from Denmark. Stay healthy - Mikkel Hvedegaard Greatly inspired by minimalism, and clean lines.

My goal is to make you a usefull tool, and to make it beautiful at the same time. Handmade custom knives made and designed in Denmark 🇩🇰

Who is behind Hvedegaard Knives? I am and nobody else.

My name is Mikkel Hvedegaard, I am from Denmark in Europe. I am 23 years old, and I have been making knives at a professional level for several years now. My work is spread across most of the globe, as I have had clients from Australia, Germany, the USA, and ofcourse here in Denmark where my shop is based, and that is just to name a few countries were my work can be found. You can also find my work in a few Hunting and knife magazines. My story, is quite simple. It all started out as a hobby and an obsession with craftsmanship, and then it just evolved. My take on knife making, is not to make a massive amount of knives, as I have an eye for the details
