🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇦🇦🇺 Collection of the final six Peli Air Case 1637 units for an aid organization from Bonn. Now the entire equipment is safely packed and ready for worldwide deployment. During the sample run, one solution proved unsuitable for the application, so it was quickly replaced in our workshop today.

🇩🇪🇦🇹🇨🇭 Abholung der letzten sechs Peli Air Case 1637 für eine Hilfsorganisation aus Bonn. Damit ist die gesamte Ausrüstung sicher verstaut und weltweit einsatzbereit. Im Musterdurchlauf erwies sich eine Umsetzung als nicht anwendungsfähig und wurde heute in der Werkstatt kurzerhand ausgetauscht.

Beim M437 zeigen wir euch das Ergebnis vom Eis-Test nach 2 Tagen 🧊
Das Eis ist natürlich geschmolzen, aber das Wasser blieb komplett im Koffer und nichts hat sich vollgesogen 👍

Danach schauen wir uns den M237 an und zeigen, wie man die Trennstäbe richtig einsetzt und den Innenraum passend aufteilt 🔧

In the M437 we’re showing the result of the ice test after 2 days 🧊
Of course the ice melted, but all the water stayed inside the case and nothing absorbed it 👍

After that we take a look at the M237 and show how to properly use the divider bars to organize the inside 🔧

🇩🇪Isolier-Systainer³ 🔥🧊

Ein Isolierset für 3 Größen 👍

Das Coole daran: Die Stufen vom Einsatz kann man einfach abmachen und dadurch passt das Isolierset in den Systainer³ M 237, M 337 und M 437.

Also nicht für jede Höhe ein extra Einsatz nötig – einfach anpassen und fertig.

Im nächsten Teil machen wir den Test mit Eis 👀🧊.

The cool thing: You can simply remove the levels of the insert, so the insulation set fits the Systainer³ M 237, M 337 and M 437.

No need for a separate insert for every height — just adjust it and you’re ready to go.

🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇦🇦🇺 Manufacturers use different systems for numbering their products. While Peli(can) Cases uses more or less random model numbers, SKB follows a much stricter scheme: [Length][Width]-[Height], based on inches — not centimetres 🙂. This can lead to unexpected overlaps, such as the 1510 and 1610, which look close in the numbering system but are actually quite different cases!

🇩🇪 Hersteller verwenden unterschiedliche Systeme zur Nummerierung ihrer Produkte. Während Peli(can) Cases mehr oder weniger zufällige Modellnummern verwendet, folgt SKB einem deutlich strengeren Schema: [Länge][Breite]-[Höhe], basierend auf Zoll — nicht auf Zentimetern 🙂. Dadurch kann es zu unerwarteten Überschneidungen kommen, wie bei der 1510 und 1610, die im Nummernsystem ähnlich wirken, aber tatsächlich sehr unterschiedliche Koffer sind!
