The company, headquartered in Sassenberg, Germany, is demonstrating with beta.f the filtration of dampening solution, for example, for medium- to large-format sheet-fed offset printing applications used for the continuous and efficient cleaning of dampening solution. The result is a perfectly clean circuit, from the dampening solution tank up to the trays of the printing units.

Treatment with alpha.r ensures consistently high quality of water. The modular reverse osmosis system enables full control over water quality, thus improving printing results. At the same time, this product from technotrans helps to lower the consumption of additives and alcohol.

Ideal ink agitator for UV printing applications
Another solution tailored to the special needs of presspersons is the ink.mate that is also presented at Print4All. It is the basis provided by technotrans that ensures optimum printing results. The ink agitator distributes the ink evenly over the entire width of the ink duct right up into the edges with the aid of an agitator cone and keeps the viscosity of thixotropic inks low.

Cooling systems for electromobility applications: technotrans presents solutions for batteries and fast chargers

Battery coolers for road and rail vehicles and charging stations / Portfolio of series products and customised solutions / Growth segment: cooling solutions for high-power charging systems

Electromobility guarantors: technotrans presents battery cooling systems for road and rail vehicles on 15-17 May at the Battery Show in Hanover. The company focusses on series and customised systems for lithium-ion batteries, charging cables and power converters. In addition to cooling systems for stationary energy storage devices, technotrans also presents systems for high-power charging in fast-charging stations.

"Our technology is a key factor in the success of electromobility solutions," says Christian Walczyk, head of sales of industrial solutions. "It ensures the optimum operating temperature for vehicle batteries or stationary energy storage devices, thereby guaranteeing a high performance level of the lithium-ion batteries in the long term."

The trade fair presentation of the company from Sassenberg is characterised by appropriate solutions for all areas of application in the electromobility sector. High-performance series devices are suitable for the operation of mobile lithium-ion batteries in electric buses and tramways as well as in electric trains for intercity transport. In this context, operational safety and reliability as well as a lightweight design of the series systems have top priority.

Efficient cooling solutions for charging stations for buses and cars
In the field of stationary systems, technotrans offers efficient solutions for buses, commercial vehicles and cars. The cooling systems ensure the excellent performance of fast-charging stations using high-power charging technology with a charging power of up to 600 kW. The cooling modules for charging cables made by technotrans include passive or active cooling elements. technotrans also realises projects in line with customer-specific requirements, in particular in the field of stationary systems for electromobility applications.
