Yesterday was the World Mental Health Day but it's a matter that needs to be considered every day.
Not only your own mental health but that of those around you should always be considered.
For one of our earliest Songs titled "Contents Under Pressure" this is directly addressed as it was lyrically written to myself(Eric) as a pep talk against my own self-hate.
This song as remained in our setlist and if you have seen us live you have likely heard me address it.
Don't keep dark thoughts inside.

On the Road!! We are playing 2 shows in Czechia this weekend!
Today in Prague and tomorrow Karlovy Vary!!!
We have our good friend Lin with us to drink our beer and help with setup, merch and whatnot.
She joined us for the 1st two shows EB ever played so it's awesome that she could join us again for our first two shows outside of Germany!!
