Ecce Bestia will not "standby" and quietly support but rather loudly stand forward and with those who are facing said discrimination, harrassment, sexism, abuse and violence!
I for one have been very angry once realizing firsthand and second hand about what is happening around us to not only people we love and care for but many we don't know who cannot defend themselves.
I have seen the sexism. I have faced it. No, its not fun. Its ugly and Ruins the moment.
What's the first rule of the moshpit?
When someone falls pick em up!!
When we see someone intentionally targeting and knocking down smaller and weaker ones in the pit for whatever reasons we have to remove them from the fun.
This concept applies.
Don't be a du***ss.
Don't bring your insecure, bigoted hate into our safe spaces.
It is not your safe space.
Every 8-10 minutes a woman is killed by her partner!
Listen to them when they speak up about something. And be someone they feel safe to speak to!
