This project is a coconut fiber drying project in Banda Lampung, Indonesia. It adopts customized drying equipment to dry coconut fiber with a moisture content of ≤30% in local raw materials. The designed processing capacity is 1t/h, which can stably control the moisture content of the finished product to ≤15%, achieving efficient drying of coconut shreds and ensuring the stability of finished product quality and subsequent processing and storage.

On January 25, 2026, the Indonesian Bantam coconut peat drying project entered its second day of equipment commissioning. The project targets high-moisture coconut peat raw materials with a moisture content of 65% in the local area, aiming to stabilize the finished product moisture content at ≤18%, with a designed capacity of 1 t/h. Commissioning work focused on the stability of equipment operation and the achievement of drying targets, laying the foundation for subsequent large-scale production and the efficient drying and resource utilization of cocopeat.

This project is customized for potassium humate fertilizer production in Brooks, Canada, with a designed capacity of 2.5 t/h. It can process high-moisture raw materials (40%-50% initial moisture) into qualified granular products with 10%-15% final moisture.The complete process adopts a closed-loop design: Granulation → Drying → Cooling → Screening → Packaging, ensuring uniform particle size and sufficient strength to meet local agricultural fertilizer standards and continuous production requirements, helping the customer achieve efficient and stable large-scale production of potassium humate fertilizer.
