IDC bearings undergo carbonitriding treatment on both the inner and outer rings, resulting in higher surface hardness and wear resistance than ordinary bearings. The bearing cage undergoes nitriding treatment, further improving hardness and wear resistance, and the quality of the steel balls has also been optimized. These treatments increase the fatigue life of the bearings by 50% compared to the previous bearings. Therefore, please pay attention to the bearing brand information when promoting them. Because there will be a period where both SKF and IDC bearings will be used, please specify if customers specifically request IDC or SKF bearings when signing contracts, as the company may use a mix.
