The DZZQ electric heating steam boiler (steam generator) uses resistance heating, converting electrical energy into heat energy to produce steam. It is widely used in power plants, ships, locomotives, and industrial and mining enterprises. Resistance heating elements are its main heating components.
The electric heating boiler uses a metal tubular electric heater to heat water, directly converting electrical energy into heat energy to produce steam. It does not require combustion to convert chemical energy into heat energy, thus eliminating the need for air and fuel supply for combustion and producing no harmful gases or ash, fully meeting environmental protection requirements. The electric heating elements are connected using a triangular method, with multiple elements grouped together and covered by connecting pipes, mounted on fl**ges for connection to external electrical equipment.
