In WFA production, consistency is often more challenging than reaching chemical specifications.

One area we pay special attention to is the stability of particle size distribution and Na₂O content between different batches.

To control this risk, we added:
• Additional chemical analysis after crushing and sizing
• Particle size distribution checks for every production batch
• Magnet separation and inspection before packing

Any material outside the internal specification will be isolated and not released for shipment.

These additional controls help customers reduce problems such as unstable grinding performance, inconsistent refractory performance, and production adjustments after receiving the material.
