Sand and Gravel Production Line
1.Feeding System
Core Equipment: Vibrating feeder, plate feeder, and matching raw material silos
Function: To uniformly and continuously supply raw materials to subsequent crushing equipment, ensuring a continuous and stable supply to the production line.
2.Crushing System
Primary Crushing Equipment: Jaw crusher, large feed opening, high output, suitable for various hardness stones, a common primary crushing equipment in the production line.
Medium and Fine Crushing Equipment: Cone crusher (compression crushing, high output, suitable for high hardness materials such as granite), impact crusher (impact crushing, good particle shape, suitable for medium and low hardness materials such as limestone)
Sand Making Equipment: HVI sand making machine, VSI sand making machine, main... The vertical shaft impact crusher combines fine crushing and aggregate shaping functions.
3.Screening and Conveying System
Core Equipment: Circular vibrating screen, linear vibrating screen, belt conveyor
Function: Performs multi-stage screening and grading of crushed materials, transferring materials between processes via belt conveyors. Large, unqualified particles are returned to the crushing stage, forming a closed-loop cycle.
4.Auxiliary Supporting Systems
Optional Equipment: Wheel sand washer, fine sand recovery machine, used to clean surface dirt on sand and improve the cleanliness of the finished sand.
Environmental Protection and Control: Baghouse dust collector, noise reduction device, wastewater recycling system, combined with a DCS distributed control system to achieve intelligent and minimally manned production management.
