I. Production Line Overview
Raw Material: River pebble (cobblestone), Mohs hardness 6–7, high silicon content, wear-resistant
Design Capacity: 150 tons per hour
Process: Three-stage closed-circuit crushing + sand shaping + finished product screening
Finished Product Sizes:
0–5mm manufactured sand, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, 20–31.5mm aggregates
Application: Ready-mix concrete plants, infrastructure construction, highways, municipal engineering
II. Process Flow (Standard Hard Rock Solution)
Feeding + Coarse Crushing
Vibrating feeder → Jaw crusher
Raw material ≤500mm → Crushed to ≤150mm
Secondary Crushing (Hydraulic Cone Crusher)
Coarsely crushed material → Single-cylinder / multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher
Crushed to ≤40mm, uniform particle shape, high wear resistance, suitable for river pebbles
Screening & Classification (Closed-circuit Circulation)
Circular vibrating screen classification:
≥40mm → Return to cone crusher for re-crushing
20–40mm → Can be used as finished product directly or fed into sand making unit
≤20mm → Enter sand shaping unit
Sand Shaping
VSI vertical shaft impact crusher (rock-on-rock mode)
Produces high-quality manufactured sand with round particle shape and controllable fines content
Finished Product Screening & Stockpiling
Multi-size finished products obtained by screening and stored in classified bins
