Why crankshaft hydraulic oil press costs more at the same capacity? ⚙️
The whole crankshaft pump unit adopts full quenching & tempering heat treatment, giving far higher structural compression resistance than standard regular models.
Different factory-recommended safe working pressure ranges:
Standard regular oil press: Safe operating pressure 52–53 MPa
Crankshaft heavy-duty model: Stable working pressure up to 58–60 MPa
Standard units are designed for medium-pressure continuous operation. Crankshaft versions support long-term stable high-pressure squeezing with better structural durability, which creates the price difference.

Safety First: Correct Pressure Operation Guide for Hydraulic Oil Presses
Many clients mistakenly raise pressure blindly to pursue higher oil yield, which leads to terrible machine breakdown accidents in real oil mills.
Do not adjust pressure gauge without professional guidance. （the suggested pressure scope for standard hydraulic oil press machine 52-53MPA, and crankshaft model 58-60MPA）
Efficient & safe pressing method (no need ultra-high pressure)
Separate raw materials into two layers before loading
Extend pressure holding time to 15–25 minutes
Cocoa butter needs around 25 mins per batch to reach full oil extraction effect, same result as running at 60MPa.

Learn to install oil press strips yourself!
Higher oil extraction rate, less machine wear, no sudden downtime, save maintenance cost & stable daily output.
How to install press strips correctly:
Distinguish: Square strips have oil grooves, one end long one short (long side down). Octagonal strips no oil lines.
Install alternately: 1 octagonal + 1 square, end with square strip. Adjust tightness via octagonal strip’s two sides.
Oil groove rule: From feeding side, oil grooves go big to small, all face same direction.
Use inner support mould when hammering strips, tap evenly to fit tightly without bumps inside.
Chamfer both ends after installation, hammer front & rear supports evenly to align holes for tie rods. Double-check inner wall for protrusions!
