The production process of glass includes batching, melting, forming, annealing and other processes. They are described as follows:

(4) Sintering method, used to produce foam glass. 4. Annealing: The glass is subjected to intense temperature changes and shape changes during the forming process, which leave thermal stresses in the glass. This thermal stress can reduce the strength and thermal stability of the glass product. If the glass is cooled directly, it is likely to break on its own during the cooling process or later during storage, transportation and use (commonly known as the cold burst of glass). In order to clean up the cold burst phenomenon, the glass products must be annealed after forming.

Annealing is holding or slowly cooling down the glass in a certain temperature range for a period of time to clean up or reduce the thermal stress in the glass to a permissible value.

Sodium oxide can reduce the viscosity in the formation of glass, so that the glass is easy to melt, playing a good role in flux; barium oxide plays a basic role in the formation of glass with sodium oxide; tin oxide can increase the chemical stability and mechanical strength of glass; lead oxide can increase the density, improve the coloring, and have a special luster; lead can make the refractive index of glass to light is large and the scattering rate is small, making the glass more luster and stability.

3. Clarifying agent

4. Emulsions
In glass production, an emulsion is used to make glass opaque according to the requirements of the work.
