Event Recap | Exploring the Path of Practicality: The Successful Conclusion of 320 Global Customer Day
Last Friday (March 20th), as the largest official CAT® (Caterpillar) agent in China, we successfully held an exclusive customer event for used excavators, gathering industry partners deeply engaged in the engineering field to discuss equipment value and explore practical business opportunities together.
For this event, we broke the traditional communication model, focusing on "on-site experience + professional interpretation + precise connection", allowing every customer present to experience the solid strength of CAT used excavators up close.
The event site was full of highlights. We not only selected a variety of high-quality CAT used excavators suitable for different working conditions, but also displayed a series of supporting work tools and accessories, providing customers with one-stop purchasing reference of "equipment + accessories" to meet diverse construction needs. All used equipment has undergone more than 140 comprehensive inspections that exceed industry standards. Every component, from the engine and hydraulic system to the chassis structure, is strictly inspected by professional technicians trained by the factory to ensure transparent machine conditions and stable performance.. Customers on site personally test-driven the equipment, intuitively feeling its flexible operation and strong power. Many partners had in-depth exchanges with our technical team on equipment performance, operating costs and the adaptation of work tools and accessories on the spot. In addition, we carefully set up a garden party interactive session where customers could participate in fun games to win exclusive prizes, deepening mutual understanding in a relaxed atmosphere. We were also honored to invite CBA star Hu Weidong to attend the event to cheer for us, interact cordially with customers on site, and further ignite the event atmosphere.
